Renowned British-Nigerian heavyweight boxer, Anthony Joshua, was on Monday involved in a road accident in Makun, Ogun State along the ever busy Lagos Ibadan Expressway .
The vehicle carrying Joshua, a Lexus Jeep with the number plate, KRD 850 HN, reportedly collided with a stationary truck in yet to be explained circumstances.
Joshua reportedly sustained minor injuries but two people are said to have died on the spot.
The accident happened just before Danco Filling Station in Makun, before Sagamu Interchange inward Ibadan axis of the road.
The Nigeria Police Force Command in the state is yet to make any comment on the development.
