Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has applauded the “Warri Again” initiative for it’s consistency in showcasing and promoting Delta talents in music, dance and comedy, upholding Deltan talents.
Oborevwori, who was ably represented by the Director General of Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency, Chief Patrick Ukah, expressed hope that the event will unite Deltans within and outside of the state and keep them connected to their roots.
‘Warri Again’ is a prominent annual music, comedy, and dance event organized by Brownhill Group which operates in various industries in Africa and other parts of the world, providing diverse services that are tailored to meet various needs including crafting extraordinary events aimed at giving their audience an exceptional experience.
Known for packaging some of the most adventurous events in Nigeria, they put together the event at the Convention Center of Eko hotel, Lagos which showcased top-tier Nigerian artists, especially Deltans, making it an atmosphere of vibrance and unforgettable experience for attendees.
Over the years, ‘Warri Again’ has become a cultural landmark, contributing significantly to the entertainment landscape in Nigeria.
The 22nd edition of ‘Warri Again,’ titled “Bangs and Bullets,” had in attendance prominent sons and daughters of Delta State including the former Governor of Delta State, His Excellency James Ibori and former Commissioner of Culture and Tourism, Richard Mofe-Damejo.
The event featured prominent artist like Okey Bakassi, Gordons, Style-plus, Ice Prince, Kiss Daniels, Edo pikin, Roli Thompson, and a host of others, with it’s prominent sponsors being MTN, Baba Ijebu, Pepsi, Asaba Airport Company and others.
