National Leader of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, has congratulated the party’s presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a patriotic leader whose commitment to good governance continues to inspire millions of Nigerians.
